DWG DO-06Case study · SwiftHunts
Job seekers lose hours rewriting the same CV and filling in the same forms. SwiftHunts finds the jobs that fit, tailors a CV and cover letter for each one, and applies on the seeker's behalf. I designed and built it end to end.
Exploded viewHow an application gets made
SwiftHunts brings openings from job boards and company career pages into one clean, verified feed.
Every role is compared against the seeker's CV and preferences, the way a good recruiter would read it.
Each application gets a CV and cover letter written for that job, not a generic copy.
SwiftHunts sends the application on the seeker's behalf, through the channel the employer asked for.
The seeker sees everything that happened and is only asked for help when a human answer is needed.
Design notesPrinciples
A true 62% is more useful than a fake 100%. Scores are calibrated so a strong match means something, and seekers can trust what they see.
More applications isn't the goal. Interviews are. Every application is matched and tailored first, and sending is paced so seekers never spam employers.
A job hunt can't pause because one part has a bad day. The system is designed so a single failure never stops anyone's applications.
Seekers set the rules: roles, locations, salary, visa needs. SwiftHunts works inside them and asks when it isn't sure.
